One buyer per Texas metro. It could be you.

You know the two models in this business. The franchise takes a percentage of every deal and its territories are non-exclusive — your market can fill up with other operators. The big license brand gives you exclusivity but won't publish a price. We took the better wiring: a flat fee, a genuinely exclusive territory, published pricing, and a written lead definition with a credit policy. If you buy houses in Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, San Antonio, or Austin, read on.

What a qualified lead is — in writing

Every lead we deliver meets this published definition:

Credit policy: a lead that fails the definition — bad number, already sold, not the owner, outside your territory — is credited. That's the marketplace norm (the big lead exchanges refund invalid leads inside a 7-day window), and we match it from day one. Every lead also arrives with its consent record — the page, timestamp, and disclosure the homeowner agreed to — because that record is part of what protects your follow-up legally.

Where the leads come from

The premium tier: a verified foreclosure lead — documented filing, confirmed sale date inside 90 days, full intake detail — is the strongest product in this category, because it's the lead you can underwrite on sight. Under a flat territory it simply arrives in your feed; per-lead, it prices at the top of the range below.

Pricing

OptionHow it works
A — Exclusive territory
$1,500–$3,000/mo flat
One buyer per metro. The flat fee includes all qualified leads in your territory plus the follow-up system — and our media spend is capped inside the package, so your cost never floats with ad auctions. Managed campaigns elsewhere in this market start at $2,500/mo (MotivatedLeads).
B — Per lead
$199–$325+/lead
Pay per qualified lead, exclusive to you. That range is the sourced market: iSpeedToLead's fresh exclusive tier runs ~$325 standard / ~$199 member; MotivatedLeads' exclusive leads start at $300+; RealEstateBees charges $249 in a 1–50 county area. Verified foreclosure leads price at the top of the range.
C — Hybrid
Reduced monthly + per-lead
Available once a territory has measured data — we'll set it from real cost-per-lead numbers, not guesses.

We lead with the flat package for the same reason you'd want us to: per-lead pricing breeds quality disputes, and a written definition + credit policy on a flat fee removes the fight. Our guarantee covers the lead definition and the delivery process — we do not guarantee close rates or revenue, and you should distrust anyone who does. Set your own expectations on the industry's clock: the median lead takes roughly 73 days from purchase to close (iSpeedToLead-reported), so the evidence that renews a territory lands about a quarter after delivery.

Territories — one buyer each

Houston

Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery. #1 foreclosure metro in the U.S. (448 completed foreclosures, August 2026 — ATTOM). Launching first.

Dallas–Fort Worth

Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton. The biggest prize in Texas — and where the most buyers are stuck in non-exclusive incumbent territories.

San Antonio

Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe. Highest foreclosure density per capita of the four; 39.6% cash sales. The efficiency play.

Austin

Travis, Williamson, Hays. Higher prices, thinner distress — strongest here for inherited and landlord situations.
